(April 8 2013)--On April 19, 2013, Omidyar Network (ON) will mark the completion of the Harvard Business Review-Bridgespan Insight Center on Scaling Social Impact, an online resource supported by Omidyar Network that launched in January 2013, featuring the latest and most innovative thinking on market-based strategies for social impact, including impact investing. The collection will remain online as a resource for anyone interested in social impact issues.

Omidyar Network Invests in iMerit Technology Services

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. and Bengaluru, India, March 19, 2013-- Omidyar Network today announced that it has invested in iMerit Technology Services, a globally networked IT enabled services company. The investment will help iMerit scale its operations, open additional project centres and expand its senior management team. Omidyar Network will hold an equity stake in the company, and Jayant Sinha of Omidyar Network will join the Board of Directors. Additional terms of the deal were not disclosed.
